The line-up for Glasgow Short Film Festival 2015 has been announced. As always a great host of both international and local short films: documentary, animation & fiction.
Two new shorts from our own Bridging the Gap short film scheme, Directed by Tweedie (Duncan Cowles) & Cailleach (Rosie Reed-Hillman) will be screening on Thursday 12th March at 9:15pm at CCA Glasgow as part of the Scottish Competition. In addition to the Scottish Short Film award, Directed by Tweedie is also shortlisted for the Channel 4 Award for Innovation in Storytelling.
New documentaries Tapes from the Revolutionary (Scott Willis) & A Wee Night In (Stuart Edwards) from recent Edinburgh College of Art graduates are well worth a watch.
Plenty other notable films in the Scottish programme such as Sea Front (Claire Lamond), Monkey Love Experiments (Will Anderson & Ainslie Henderson), Wyld (Rory Stewart), Vincent Black Lightning (Cat Bruce) and many more.
Scottish Documentary Institute are also proud to be presenting a workshop with Kevin B. Lee on ‘desktop documentary’ on Friday 13th March at 15:30. We’d love to see as many of you there as possible.
