We offer Scotland-based producers an opportunity to attend the most prominent international documentary festivals and forums, thanks to the support of Screen Scotland. This initiative is open to experienced and emerging talent, providing a unique chance to connect with global industry leaders and showcase your projects on the international stage.

Eligibility:

• Experienced Producers:* Scotland-based with at least one feature project (in development, production, post-production, or distribution)  with confirmed funding from Screen Scotland or another key UK or international funders.
• Emerging Talent: Directors and producers based in Scotland, developing a feature documentary and with at least one short documentary distributed internationally or a TV broadcast credit. (for Sheffield DocFest Delegation only)

What’s Included:

Selected delegates will receive a bursary to cover part of their registration, travel and accommodation expenses. Additionally, they will benefit from a one-on-one session with Scottish Documentary Institute to help prepare for their festival attendance. We are thrilled to partner with various prestigious international documentary festivals including IDFA, CPH:DOX, Visions du Réel and Sheffield DocFest.
