Buffalo are a powerful symbol of American culture, roaming through plains and imaginations. They certainly made a lifelong impression on Scott Shand, Scotland’s only commercial buffalo farmer. But now the future of his herd is in question, so can his crazy dream flourish when faced with some harsh realities?
