Dionne Walker: Diversity in Documentary (2020)

Duration: 54:37

Dionne Walker | 2020

Dionne Walker is one of the UK’s most exciting documentary filmmakers, whose critically acclaimed 2015 feature The Hard Stop saw her nominated for both a BAFTA and a BIFA.

Dionne joined us to discuss her career and processes, the importance of diversity in documentary, and how programmes such as our own New Voices can help raise awareness of the need for mentoring and professional development for women filmmakers.
