Vincent Moloi | Masterclass | 2007

Vincent Moloi is a South African film and television director. His filmography includes Men of Gold (2007), Berea for the African Metropolis fiction compilation, Night Sweepers an earnest examination of women sweeping the streets of Johannesburg at night, and A Pair of Boots and a Bicycle (2007) profiling black South-African soldiers in WWII.

In this masterclass, Moloi shares with us what is important about choosing the story you are committed to telling. He discusses why he is interested in particular people, the responsibility that comes with being an artist, and tells us how to break the rules.
